Smile!

A smile is all it takes!

Hi!
So recently I read an article about a study that was done on human emotions and what can trigger them and, apparently because we smile when we are happy then even if we are in the worst of moods, smiling can actually make us feel happy! So even if you are in the downest of dumps or something has happened and you just feel like bursting out into tears then show the world that nothing that it can do will stop you from smiling ;

 
Enjoy your life because you can only live it once,
and when life gives you a million reasons to cry,
remember and show the world that you will ALWAYS have
two million reasons to
SMILE
:D
 
 
There is always something that you have to smile about, your friends, your family, your pet, your idol, just being here are all reasons to smile :) the hardest thing to do is to remember them when your feeling bad but I promise you there will always be a reason.

So my challenge to you is, the next time you are feeling sad, or mad or unhappy in any way, take a deep breath, count to ten and smile, REALLY smile, laugh, remember all that you have to feel happy and grateful for and just let go of all the bad, and just SMILE that's all it takes :)
